Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the record. 2.

This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, to quash the order passed in Criminal M.P.No. 182 of 2018 in Criminal Appeal No. 42 of 2018 on 25-01-2018 by the learned Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad (for short, 'the Court below'), wherein the Court below directed the petitioners to deposit half of the cheque amount on or before 20-02-2018 and imposed other conditions. 3.

In view of the circumstances narrated, the petitioners are directed to deposit 15% of the cheque amount and the other conditions imposed by the Court below remain unchanged.

With the above modification, this criminal petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
