Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuant to interim orders dated 03.02.2012 in WPMP No.3282 of 2012, petitioner's case was considered and her grievance is redressed. The said fact is also recorded in para 4 of the Counter affidavit, which reads as follows:

"That in compliance of the interim orders of the Hon'ble High Court in WPMP No.3282 of 2012 in WP No.2643 of 2012, dated 03.02.2012, it is respectfully submitted that the request of the petitioner has been considered and transfer of the petitioner to APSWRS/JC, Kammadanam, Mahabubnagar District is hereby cancelled and issued modification orders to APSWRS/JC, Mulugu, Medak District and accordingly issued Procgs.Rc.No.ZVI/10732/2011-2, Dated 24.02.2012." Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and also in view of the averments in the para No.4 of the counter affidavit of the 1st respondent, this writ petition is disposed of.
