THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 46334 OF 2016 O R D E R :

Complaining inaction on the part of Respondents 1 and 2 pursuant to the final notice dated 17.05.2016 issued by the 2nd respondent Commissioner, Sircilla Municipality directing the 3rd respondent herein to remove/demolish the unauthorized construction of the compound wall in Plot No. 17 in Survey No. 1583 situated at Sardar Nagar, Sircilla forthwith, the present Writ Petition has been taken out.

The case of the petitioner is that he made several representations, latest being the one dated 30.01.2016, to the municipal authorities to stop the unauthorized constructions taken up by the 3rd respondent, but so far, no action has been taken thereon.

When this Writ Petition came up for admission on 02.01.2017, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent Sri N. Praveen Kumar sought time so as to enable him secure instructions.

Today, the learned Standing Counsel submits that the representation of the petitioner has already been considered and action has, in fact, been taken against the 3rd respondent and the compound wall, which was alleged to have constructed illegally, has been removed.

Recording the said submission, since the grievance made by the petitioner stands redressed, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand closed.
