Manyam Narayana S/O. Lakshmaiah, v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh, Rep By Its Principal Secretary
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.13621 of 2017 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed challenging the inaction of the 2nd respondent in carrying out the online entries and in issuing epass book in the name of the petitioner in respect of the lands in RS.No.951, to and extent of Ac.2.55 cents situated at Tirupathi Revenue Village of Chittoor District, inspite of several representations made by the petitioner.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue on instructions submits that the petitioner has made the application for issuance of e-pass book and for mutation of his name in online entries, basing on the false and fabricated documents. He also submits that since the subject land is a government land, it was assigned to another government organization.
It is to be seen that the petitioner has made application basing on pattadar pass book and title deed and it is for the 2nd respondent to decide the application and pass orders. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner, in accordance with law and take action within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. ____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 18.04.2017 t k.
