The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petltion and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the order of the'Hi9h Court dated 25.03.2019 made in Crl.P.

HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SAN]AY KUMAR I.A.No.1 of 2019 ln CRII'4INAL PETITION No.1492 of 2019 ORDER:

The applicants are accused Nos. 2 and 3 in Crime No.148 of 2019 on the file of Dundigal Police Station, Cyberabad. They were granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 25.3.2019 passed in Crl.P.No.1492 of 2019 subject to some conditions. By way of this application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. they seek relaxation of the condition requiring them to report before the Station House Officer, Dundigal Police Station, Cyberabad, on every Sunday between 9 am and 11 am till the filing of the charge sheet. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, State of Telangana, would inform this Court that though the charge sheet is yet to be filed, the weekly appearance of the applicants/accused Nos.2 and 3 may not be required at this stage.

In that view of the matter, the I.A. is allowed relaxing the said condition. Instead, the applicants/accused Nos.2 and 3 shall report before the Station House Officer, Dundigal Police Station, Cyberabad, on the first Sunday of every mr:nth between L0 am and 11 am till the filing of the charge sheet.
