Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Education representing the respondents. The grievance of the petitioner is with regard to not ratifying or approving the spot admissions and not issuing hall tickets to the students of the petitioner for the D.Ed. examination for academic year 2013-15.

Learned Government Pleader has placed before this Court a memo issued by the Government No.16538/Prog.II/A1/2014 dated 21.02.2015, wherein petitioner's request for approval/ratification of spot admissions for left over seats in 'A' category for the year 2013-14 have been approved by the Government as a special case.

In that view of the matter, the further action called for is bound to be taken by respondents 2 to 5 including issuance of hall tickets to students. Hence, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any in this writ petition shall stand closed.
