Heard before admission and before notice to the revision 2nd respondent and perused the material on record. Once there is a conditional order and non-compliance is there, there is no wrong in its dismissal for non-compliance of the conditions. Hence, there is nothing to interfere, however by any subsequent change of circumstances, if any, fresh petition if at all to file there is no bar of maintainability, but for to decide on own merits.

Accordingly and in the result, the criminal revision case is disposed of.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
