THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 14037 of 2013 Order: (per Sri Sanjay Kumar,J) This Writ Petition is filed assailing the assessment proceedings pertaining to the Assessment Year 2010-11.

This Court, by order dated 30.04.2013 directed the Revenue not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner subject to its depositing a sum of Rs.20.00 Crores on or before 10.05.2013 and a further sum of Rs.20.00 Crores on or before 10.06.2013. It is now stated by the learned counsel for the Revenue that the appeal filed by the petitioner against the subject assessment proceedings has been disposed of by the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) - I, Hyderabad, under the order dated 06.02.2015. A copy of the said order is also placed on record. In that view of the matter, this Writ Petition does not survive for consideration and is accordingly closed. The interim order dated 30.04.2013 shall stand vacated. The amounts deposited by the petitioner pursuant to the interim order shall abide by the result of the appeal or any further orders passed thereon.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No costs.
