This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in threatening to dispossess the petitioners from their lawful possession over the open plot admeasuring 1657 sq. yards in Sy.No.254 and 259 situated at Nacharam Village, Uppal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, without following the due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently, to direct the respondents not to take any coercive steps without following the due process of law.

It is the case of the petitioners that they are the absolute owners of the subject property and that the respondents are threatening to dispossess the petitioners, without following the due process of law, by claiming that the subject property belongs to the corporation. 3.
Heard and perused the material available on record. 4.
The main grievance of the petitioners is that the respondents are trying to dispossess them from the subject property without following the due process of law.

Considering the circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioners, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:
"The respondents are directed to follow the due process of law, if there is any claim over the subject property." 6.
