This petition is filed by the petitioner-accused under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant anticipatory bail to him in Crime No.178 of 2015 on the file of Railway Kodur Police Station, Kadapa District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A and 306 IPC.

Heard and perused the material available on record. Considering the allegations made in the complaint, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner at this stage.
