Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. None appears for the respondent though notice sent by learned counsel for the petitioner to the respondent has been served.

2. Petitioner had married respondent on 22-05-1997. Alleging that petitioner filed F.C.O.P.No.1527 of 2014 before the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, seeking divorce and it was later transferred to the Additional Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at Miyapur and is presently pending there; petitioner filed this Tr.C.M.P. to transfer this O.P. to Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, to be clubbed with F.C.O.P.No.751 of 2012, 759 of 2012 and M.C.No.248 of 2012 pending in this latter Court.

According to the petitioner, the respondent filed F.C.O.P.No.751 of 2012 seeking judicial separation, F.C.O.P.No.759 of 2012 claiming custody of children and M.C.No.248 of 2012 seeking maintenance of children before the Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and since the evidence would be common in these three cases as well as F.C.O.P.No.1527 of 2014, petitioner has sought for transfer of F.C.O.P.No.1527 of 2014 also to the Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad from the Court of the II Additional Family Court, Kukatpally, Miyapur.

4. After perusing the pleadings in all these cases, I am also of the opinion that it would be convenient to the parties, if all the four cases are tried by a single Court so that there is no possibility of any inconsistent findings being given in these matters.

5. Accordingly, Tr.C.M.P. is allowed and F.C.O.P.No.1427 of 2014 pending on the file of II Additional Family Court, Kukatpally, Miyapur, Ranga Reddy District is transferred to the Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, to be tried along with F.C.O.P.Nos.751 and 759 of 2012 and M.C.No.248 of 2012. No costs.

6. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
