After arguing the writ petition for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the prayer and submits that petitioners in possession of the property of Wakf are entitled to take steps for protecting the Wakf property, and seeks liberty to move the Tribunal for comprehensive relief and does not press the prayer.

By granting liberty as prayed for, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
