THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE DR JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER Writ Petition No.6203 of 2017 ORDER: {Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} While Sri V.Satyanarayana Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioners, initially sought time to implead Sri T.Srinivasa Rao, the licencee, as a party respondent, he later submitted that since the pleadings may also necessitate amendment, he be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a writ petition afresh impleading Sri T.Srinivasa Rao as a respondent.
Granting liberty as sought for, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
