THE HON'BLE Dr.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.1589 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, by the petitioners/ A.1 to A.5, seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.84 of 2017 on the file of Yeldurthi Police Station, Medak District. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 03.10.2018, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation in the matter is completed and the charge sheet is filed on 23.05.2018 before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Medak and C.C.575 of 2017 was assigned.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
