This criminal petition is filed, by the petitioner-accused No.1, under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking pre arrest bail in Crime No.57 of 2016 on the file of the Station House Officer, Gadwal Town Police Station, Mahaboobnagar District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail the remedies. Permission is accorded.
