THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.18641 OF 2016 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed questioning the action of the 1st respondent in interfering in the matrimonial disputes between the petitioners and 3rd respondent without following due process of law, by insisting the petitioners to comply with the illegal demand of respondents 3 and 4 and further threatening the petitioners to implicate in false cases.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Home.

Though various grounds are raised in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the 1st respondent is interfering with the matrimonial disputes which are existing between the 1st petitioner and the 3rd respondent who is his wife.

Learned Government Pleader denied the same stating that the allegations made against the 1st respondent are all false. Having regard to the facts and circumstances stated above, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 1st respondent not to interfere with the matrimonial disputes existing between the petitioners and respondents 3 and 4 without following due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending, if any, in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
