O R D E R
Petitioner alleges that the 2nd respondent - Station House Officer, Rayadurgam Police Station, at the instance of unofficial respondent No.4, is interfering in civil dispute and threatening to register false cases, if he fails to vacate the schedule property.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Sub-Inspector of Police, Raidurgam Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, dated 14.3.2019, wherein it is stated that the husband of the unofficial respondent No.4 filed a complaint on 08.03.2019 against the petitioner and his parents, and a G.D. entry was made in that behalf and after enquiry, case in Cr.No.138 of 2019 under Sections 447, 427, 504 and 506 read with 34 IPC was registered against the petitioner and his associates on the file of Raidurgam Police Station on 13.3.2019 and investigation was taken up. It is stated that they never interfered with the civil dispute, nor threatened the petitioner to vacate the schedule property, and only with a view to overcome the criminal case, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition with false allegations. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.
From the written instructions it is clear that the police have specifically denied the allegations of the petitioner. Recording the statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
