THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION No.11936 OF 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in not considering the case of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Anganwadi Teacher (Worker) in so far as Centre No.III, Gajwel, Medak District, as illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently seeking a direction to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.02.2015 for appointment to the post of Anganwadi Teacher (Worker) Centre No.III, Gajwel, Medak District. During hearing, Sri Sunil Kumar Deshmukh, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the representation of the petitioner is for her appointment as Anganwadi Teacher (Worker) Centre No.III, Gajwel, Medak District, is pending and requested this Court to issue a direction to consider her representation and pass appropriate orders.

Learned Government Pleader for Women and Child Welfare (TS) appearing for respondents 1 to 4 represented that he has no objection to consider the representation subject to permissibility under Rules. Hence, the second and third respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.02.2015 and take appropriate action, and intimate the same to the petitioner within three months from the date of this Order.

With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
