2. The counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition impleading the appropriate party, since the existing respondents no longer exist after the bifurcation of the erstwhile state of Andhra Pradesh into the State of Telangana and the residuary State of Andhra Pradesh.

3. Granting liberty as sought, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
