HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION NO.1728 OF 2020 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/A-1 to quash the proceedings in FIR.No.125 of 2020 of P.S. Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328 and 188 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 20(2) of the COTP Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/A-1 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State submitted that the issue involved in this Criminal Petition is squarely covered by the order dated 27.08.2018 of this Court in Criminal Petition No.3731 of 2018 and batch.

In view of the above submission, the Criminal Petition is allowed in terms of the order dated 27.08.2018 in Criminal Petition No.3731 of 2018 and batch.

Registry is directed to attach a copy of the order dated 27.08.2018 in Criminal Petition No.3731 of 2018 and batch to this order.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
