HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 1104 OF 2014 ORDER:

On hearing both sides, the following order is passed at the admission stage.

2. In view of strong prima facie material for the offences under Sections 341, 307, 324 and 323 IPC read with Section 34 IPC, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Hence, the investigation shall be continued to its logical end. However, considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, petitioners/A1 to A5 are directed to surrender before the concerned Court on or before 3.3.2015 and seek for regular bail and if they do so, the learned Magistrate shall dispose of their bail applications on merits on the same day.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

4. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
