Raju, learned counsel for the respondents, submits that the learned counsel for the petitioner has met him in the corridors of the High Court and informed him that matter has become infructuous.

However, when the matter is called, nobody has appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for default. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
