Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Sudesh Anand, learned Standing Counsel for the 1st respondent. Since the issue raised in this writ petition is similar to W.P.No.1296 of 2015, dated 02-02-2015, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the order in W.P.No.1296 of 2015, dated 02-02-2015. The operative portion of which reads as under:- "The 1st respondent is directed to take appropriate action, in accordance with law, on the individual applications received from the members of the petitioner-Association for approval of spot admission and pass appropriate orders thereon expeditiously."

Since this writ petition is filed by an individual institution, the direction in this order is as follows:- "The 1st respondent is directed to take appropriate action, in accordance with law, on the individual applications received from the petitioner for approval of spot admission and pass appropriate orders thereon expeditiously."

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
