Ugra Narasimha and Sri Manjunath Allur, learned counsel for the petitioners in these three cases, submit that these Civil Revision Petitions have become infructuous in the light of the fact that the Advocate Commissioner appointed under the orders under revision has already executed the warrant.

The Civil Revision Petitions are accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
