THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 495 of 2009 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) Learned counsel for the petitioner, after considering the statements and averments made in the counter affidavit filed by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation - 1st respondent, submits that he does not want to proceed with the matter. However, liberty should be given to take steps in accordance with law, as may be advised, for bringing fresh action.

Accepting his prayer we close this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one, as may be advised.
