On 8.2.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. As a last chance, the matter was posted to 16.2.2018. Even on 16.2.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was posted to today under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Even today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. However, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that more than five years back, the petitioner has taken away the bundle from his office with no objection and he has no instructions to report. From the above, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No order as to costs.
