HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No.9665 of 2013 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the inaction of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in stopping the illegal construction in Sy.No.80 of Hafeezpet, Hyderabad, as illegal and arbitrary.

The case of the petitioners is that earlier they filed a writ petition questioning the inaction of the respondents and that the writ petition was disposed of directing the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioners but no action has been taken by the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the unofficial respondents are making illegal constructions now even though it was stopped for quite some time.

As the writ petition is of the year 2013 and as the unofficial respondents 4 and 5 are still making illegal constructions, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh representation before the Deputy Commissioner, Circle No.21, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, setting forth their grievance and on receipt of such representation, the Deputy Commissioner, Circle No.21, shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, as expeditiously as possible. No order as to costs.
