The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.3 in issuing proceedings No.52/ B/ 2013, dated 02.12.2015 in constitution of New Management Committee for Urdughar-cum-Shadikhana, Pulivendula, YSR Kadapa District, A.P., as illegal and arbitrary. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare would submit that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition as the tenure of the Committee constituted for management and maintenance of Urdugharcum-Shadikhana is already over. 4.

In view of the above, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition is accordingly closed. No costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
