This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Warangal, to launch prosecution for missing of documents viz., Exs.B.1 to B.28 filed by the petitioner, to reconstruct the said exhibits with photocopies of the documents available with the petitioner and issue certified copies as requested by the petitioner and to proceed with O.S.No.1703 of 2005.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 04.10.2018. Today also, no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
