HONOURABLE SRI J USTICE SURESH K UMAR K AIT CRIMINAL PETITION No. 16475 of 2016 ORDER:

Vide present Criminal Petition, the petitioner/Accused No.5 seeks bail in Crime No.101 of 2016 registered on the file of Station House Officer, Police Station, Buttaigudem, W.G. District for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 323, 365, 302, 201, 109 read with Section 34 IPC and Sections 3(2)(v) of SCs & STs (POA) Act, 1989.

Heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner/Accused No.5 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent-State. Perused the material on record.

Keeping in view the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner on account of the alleged offences punishable under Sections 324,323, 365, 302, 201, 109 read with Section 34 IPC and Sections 3(2)(v) of SCs & STs (POA) Act, 1989 and especially when the case is at the stage of investigation and charge is yet to be filed, this Court is satisfied with the role assigned to the petitioner by the prosecution. Finding no merit, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed in consequence.
