This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner to direct the Principal District and Sessions Judge at Nizamabad to dispose of Crl.A.No.13 of 2017 expeditiously.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing respondent No.1/ State and perused the record.

Having argued for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a direction may be given to the Court of Sessions to dispose of Crl.A.No.13 of 2017 on the file of Principal District and Sessions Judge at Nizamabad, as expeditiously, as possible.

As per the record, the appeal is of the year, 2017. It was filed under Section 29 of the Domestic Violence Act. The parties have right to seek expeditious disposal of the said criminal appeal.

Under these circumstances, the Court of Sessions is directed to dispose of Crl.A.No.13 of 2017 within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
