This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioners / accused Nos.1 and 2 aggrieved by the Orders dated 10.11.2009 passed in Crl.M.P.No.3705 of 2009 in C.C.No.135 of 2009 by the learned XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, wherein the petition filed under Section 239 of the Criminal Procedure Code was dismissed. 02.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Even on earlier occasion also, there is no representation from the petitioners and the same is recorded and the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners and it appears that the petitioners have no interest in prosecuting this case.

In view of the above, this Criminal Revision Case is liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution.

Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-prosecution. There is no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
