THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO.1554 OF 2013 ORDER:

None appears on either side.

The petitioner herein sought for quashing crime No.49 of 2013 on the file of II Town Police Station, Nalgonda, Nalgonda District. Learned Public Prosecutor has pointed out that the police after completing the investigation have filed charge sheet and the trial in S.C.No.7 of 2014 was in progress and in fact on 27.05.2015 it was posted for examination of the Investigating Officer. In that view of the matter, the cause in this petition does not survive any further for adjudication.

The petition is, therefore, dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications if any shall also stand closed.
