Y.Rajendra Prasad v. The State Of Telangana
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.37208 of 2015 ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioner was that the police authorities were not taking legal action against respondent Nos.3 to 6 and their associates by concluding investigation in Crime No.481 of 2015 on the file of Jawaharnagar Police Station, Cyberabad.
Written instructions dated 24.11.2015 were furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Jawaharnagar Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home, wherein it was stated that the petitioner had lodged a complaint on 07.10.2015 with the said police station on the basis of which Crime No.481 of 2015 was registered under Sections 323 and 506 I.P.C. read with Section 34 I.P.C. After due investigation, the police authorities concluded that a cognizable offence was committed and accordingly laid a charge sheet before the learned XXI Metropolitan Magistrate at Medchal on 20.11.2015. A copy of the said charge sheet is also placed on record.
In the light of the aforestated developments, the apprehension of the petitioner as to the alleged inaction of the police authorities is shown to be without basis.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
