ORDER

OFFICE NOTE 26.07.2023 ML, J I.A.No.1 of 2023 The present application is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court while granting bail to the petitioner/accused No.2, directed him to report before the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Anti Corruption Bureau, Adilabad Range on every Sunday between 10.30 A.M. and 12.00 P.M. till filing of the final report.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and perused the record.

The grievance of the petitioner is that it is a case of alleged trap and the petitioner has been scrupulously reporting before the Superintendent concerned as directed by this Court from last three months. However, final report has not been filed till date and that such attendance causing much inconvenience to him to attend the other exigencies.

Therefore, pray for relaxation of the said condition.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of the nature of offence, this Court is of the

considered view that the further attendance of the petitioner/accused No.2 before the Deputy Superintendent of Police concerned is unwarranted.

Resultantly, this application is allowed, relaxing the condition as indicated above.
