ORAL ORDER:

As per the directions of this Court, Commissioner passed orders dated 8.8.2016. The order would disclose that the Commissioner rejected the plea of third respondent in the writ petition and further ordered to take steps in accordance with the provision in Section 636 of HMC Act, 1965. Since, orders are passed as directed by this court, no further orders are required to be passed in this contempt case. As pointed out by the learned counsel for petitioner, the order of this Court was made on 8.10.2015 fixing time limit to pass orders, however, it took more than 10 months for the Commissioner to pass orders. It is hoped and expected that the Commissioner shall be careful in future and shall comply with the orders of the Court within the time specified.
