This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the fourth respondent in not considering the percentage of the petitioner (98.16%) for her admission in MBBS course under Management Quota seats (Category C(1)) Under Graduate Medical and Dental courses. It is represented by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent University that, in view of the subsequent developments, this
Writ Petition has become infructuous. The same is not disputed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner.
