Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the court to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to approach the trial court. Permission granted with liberty as prayed.

The criminal petition, is accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. Further, I hereby made it clear that if the charge sheet is not filed within the statutory period, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the trial court for bail and if still aggrieved of the decision of the trial court, they may approach the appropriate forum.
