Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration, submits that the interim order, dated 23.02.2017 in WPMP.No.7727 of 2017 in W.P.No.6301 of 2017, for alleged disobedience of which the present contempt case is filed, has been vacated by this court. In view of the above submission, which has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I do not find any violation of the order passed by this court and the contempt case is dismissed.
