Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) appearing for the official respondents.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the police have registered Crime No.8 of 2018 on the file of Ramannapet Police Station under Sections 341 and 506 read with 34 I.P.C. against respondent No.4 herein and others on 23.01.2018.

In view of the above submission, nothing further survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
