This criminal petition is filed, by the petitioners-accused Nos.1 to 4, under Sections 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.124 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Veenavanka Police Station, Karimnagar District. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. Permission is granted.
