SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.1616 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who is accused No.1, in Crime No.334 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Osmania University Police Station, Hyderabad City. The offences alleged are under Sections 420, 468 and 471 R/w.34 of I.P.C. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State, and perused the record. 3.

Learned Public Prosecutor brings to the notice of this Court that the earlier bail petitions filed by this petitioner were dismissed by this Court, by virtue of the orders in Criminal Petition No.11129 of 2017, on 21.11.2017, and Criminal Petition No.11837 of 2017, on 14.12.2017, respectively. A perusal of copies of these orders shows that this Court has gone into merits of the cases and dismissed the two Petitions.

4.

Hence, considering the above, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, the petitioner/accused No.1 is at liberty to surrender the before the lower Court having jurisdiction and obtain regular bail. The lower Court shall dispose of the bail application expeditiously, preferably on the same day, on merits, subject to pressure of other work. 5.

Accordingly, with the above observation, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
