THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.734 OF 2014 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by A.2 to A.4 under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in D.V.C.No.4 of 2013 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Nandyal, Kurnool District.

After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioners confined his argument to the extent of dispensing with the presence of the petitioners before the trial Court. In the circumstances of the case, the presence of the petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates so specifically the trial Court insists for their appearance. The petitioners are directed to be represented by a counsel on all hearing dates.

The Criminal Petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
