When the matter was called on 26.03.2015, none appeared for the petitioners, as such, this Court directed the writ petition to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today, when the matter is called in the pre-lunch session, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, as such, this Court passed over the matter. Even, in the post-lunch session, when the matter is called, none appeared for the petitioner. This indicates that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the writ petition.
