HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.264 OF 2015 ORDER:

The present Revision is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. aggrieved by an order dated 27.01.2015 passed in C.C. No.1068 of 2012 on the file of IX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, wherein an application filed by the petitioner for discharge was rejected.

Though the present Revision is filed questioning the order refusing to discharge, the learned counsel for the petitixoner restricts his prayer seeking dispensation of the presence of the petitioner before the trial court on every date of adjournment. Having regard to the circumstances of the case and since there is no dispute with regard to the identity of the petitioner, the presence of the petitioner in C.C. No.1068 of 2012 on the file of IX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, is dispensed with except on the dates when her presence is specifically required by the Court. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. As a sequel to it, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Revision, shall stand closed.
