THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR C.M.A.No.327 of 2012 JUDGMENT:

When the matter was called on 14.07.2016, at request of advocate for appellant, the matter was adjourned for two weeks. When the matter was again called on 03.08.2016, at request advocate for appellant, the matter was again adjourned for one week. Today when the matter came up, listed under the caption of "Specially Identified Cases", neither the advocate for appellant appeared nor any representation is made on his behalf.

2. As per the office endorsement, this Court admitted the appeal and no interim order was granted and the lower Court is proceeding with the suit, which is posted for trial.

3. Therefore, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand dismissed.
