The present Criminal Petition is filed under Sectio n 4g2 of Cr.P.C. seeking to direct the Judicial First Class Magistrate at Husnabad, Karimnagar District to receive the returned file rride i t Crl.P.No.692 of 2Ol4 dated O5.O 1 .2015 in D.V.C.No.9 of 20 13.

2. Mr. Ravi Kumar Vadlakonda, learned counsel for the .petitioners fairly submits that the subject matter of the criminal petition has become infructuous. Therefore, seeks to dismiss the Criminal Petition as infructuous.

3. Mr. Vizarath Ali learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent State takes no objection to the sarne.

4. Mr. Y. Ashok Raj, learned counsel for the unofficial respondents submits that the D.V.C.No.9 of 2013 filed by the petitioners herein was dismissed by Order dated l2.O3.2OIg passed by the Court of learned Judicia-l Magistrate of First Class, at Husnabad.
