HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD CRIMINAL PETITION No.6485 of 2013 ORDER :

Sri K.M. Krishna Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners/A.2 to A.4, has filed a letter dated 10.04.2018 seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition as the matter has been compromised out of the Court.

In view of the letter dated 10.04.2018, permission is accorded to the petitioners to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim stay granted by this Court on 04.07.2013 shall stand vacated.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
