When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for both parties submitted that the issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.4248 of 2020, dated 27.02.2020.

Therefore, for the reasons alike, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 5th respondent to dispose of the appeal No.4067 of 2019, dated 05.10.2019, by taking into consideration the proceedings No.C/ 327/ 2014, dated 04.12.2019, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
