HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.16660 and 16661 OF 2002 COMMON ORDER:

In these Writ Petitions, letter dated 10.06.1994 of the Chief Personal Manager, APSRTC, Musheerabad, Hyderabad, addressed to the Chief Engineer (IEU & IMS), APSRTC, Hyderabad, is challenged before this Court. Vide impugned letter, the Chief Personal Manager sought information from the Chief Engineer (IEU & IMS), the actual requirement of employees in CED. This is construed as alteration of service conditions by the petitioners. There was interim stay pending writ petitions. The said proceedings was issued pending disposal of I.D.No.28 of 2001.

Now, it is brought to the notice of this Court by Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent - APSRTC, that the award in I.D.No.28 of 2001 was the subject matter of W.P.No.6161 of 2007 which came to be disposed of on 03.03.2017 and nothing survives for consideration in these writ petitions. Writ Petitions are, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
